EYE SIGHT SAVED IN THE NICK OF TIME
Mr Lar Shadap is a 60-year-old man who lives in Narwan, a village under East Jaintia Hills District of Meghalaya. He is married to Mrs M. Langstang and is a farmer by profession.
A NEW BEGINNING TO A NEW LIFE
Residing in a village called Narwan, ever since she lost her husband, this 66 year old lady has been working hard to support herself financially by working as a casual labourer.
RESTORATION OF EYE SIGHT
Mrs. Simoi Pala, a resident of a village called Sutnga located in East Jaintia Hills District of Meghalaya, is a 72-year-old woman who has been suffering from an eye problem (which involves itching, redness and pain) for 2 years.
A NEW START TO LIFE
Mr. Stamroy Kongjih is a resident of a village called Myllap. In the past he was the only bread winner of the family. Despite most of his children being engaged in labor work, the monthly income of the family is less than Rs. 2,000 per month.

Mrs. Monica Lamare is a resident of Sahsniang Block B, West Jaintia Hills District, Meghalaya. Married to (Late) Mr. Loanis Lakai, she is blessed with a daughter, a son in-law and 4 grandchildren. However, before the Outreach team from Bansara met her, her life was literally on a downward spiral.
